A family history...
Living in Prouilly in the heart of the “Massif de Saint Thierry“, we have
developed our vineyards over four generations. We take great care in cultivating
our land and picking by hand the best grapes.
Our champagnes are produced within a family atmosphere, respecting champagne
customs that begin with our own traditional grape press. Despite these old
methods we continue to develop and modernise : stainless steel vats that are
heat controlled, oenological techniques that are continually being perfected... Together
with our sons, we do not hesitate in developing our procedures to obtain better
quality wines. It is with great pleasure that we present them to you here.
Martine et Jean-Marie Goulard
The Champagne Brut Tradition,
made with pinot noir and pinot meunier grapes, is a subtle generous wine. Its
colour is intense and warm. This “blanc de noirs” sparkles by its intensity, the
fineness of its bubbles and its complex aromas. It offers an aroma of red fruits, very expressive, a roundness, silky and flavourfull. To be enjoyed on every
occasion, especially with an aperitif.
At first glance, the chardonnay grape is recognized in our Champagne Prestige by
subtle light green reflections in its golden yellow colour. The dominating
aromas from three types of vines, recall pear and exotic fruit flavours when
tasted. One appreciates it for its balanced structure. Ideal for accompanying
fine food throughout your meal.
The three types of champagne vines and the years spent ageing, have given the
Champagne Millésime an enriched and mature flavour. The effervescence mingles in
an old gold colour. The pinot meunier grape offers honey and brioche aromas. On
the palate strength and maturity do not alter its pleasant freshness. A
The Brut Rosé is a passionate champagne, strong and floral. Its delicate bubbles
escape across the salmony pink colour. The 14% of red wine that comes from the
mature pinot meunier vines, let out cherry and strawberry aromas. A colourfull
champagne for all party times.
